Bad for travellers! I was travelling to Alaska when I stopped at Baked Cafe. I purchased $25 in food before I found out they don't have WiFi. Everywhere I've been in the world including less developed... countries has WiFi at the cafes. The owner gave me some snotty line about how cafes in Europe don't have wifi or something. Hate to say it, but just head down the street to Starbucks where a traveller can check their emails and messages. See More

Was pretty disappointed last week when I bought 6 cookies for my co-workers and they were all hard as a rock ... not one person said they tasted fresh. Actually one person said ‘ I’m pretty sure those... cookies weren’t even day old cookies,my cookie was hard and stale’ lol. What a waste of money See More

Great ambience and nice sunny place to hang out. However, service and quality are hit or miss... more misses than hits lately. Some of the workers seem highly annoyed that there are customers and fo...od and specialty drinks are inconsistent. At my past two visits I waited 15 minutes for my lattes only for them to be served luke warm. Saw one of the owners there once behind the counter making his own coffee. Perhaps he should taste what his workers are serving and teach them a thing or two about coffee. See More

A bit in the pricey side, but the food is decent and the coffee to die for. The one flaw in design, imo, is the long bench facing the long lineup of people waiting to get served. Constant traffic and/...or butts too up close and personal with my coffee and snack sitting on the stumps. See More

Been hearing about Baked from my family who visit every time they're in WH (twice a year), so was keen to check it out.
Good espresso, great pumpkin pumpkin seed muffin.
Will indulge again.

This used to be my favorite place, but i have to say the speed of service and quality has slipped alot of recent. My breakfast Pannini - which is usually amazing was dry, hard and overcooked, ended ...up in the garbage. My Americano (black) this morning took almost 15minutes to recieve was very weak (tea like). What a disapointment. Maybe the barista's should spend more time picking up the pace and working instead of visiting....I'd head back to ask for a refund, but my office is too far away and I'm too busy to make the trip back again. This is not the first time I've been disapointed in the last couple of months..but it will be the last time. See More

Not a good experience, late afternoon, staff clearly were not interested, we ordered and waited and waited and after ten minutes found our order sitting at either end of the counter out of our sight ...andcold. There were not many people in the cafe and we were listening for our order to be called as we were both very hungary. The girl claimed she had called out three times but that was just bull s#%^t. The tables next to us was covered in dirty plates from when we sat down until just before ex left, and even then was cleared but. Not wiped down. Not friendly not hygienic. 3 out of ten See More

3rd visit to the Yukon, and have always visited baked. It feels like coming home. Yummy treats and healthy meals. Loved the kids play kitchen this time.

A great place for breakfast; with their granola , fruit and yogurt the day gets off to a good start. But the best thing is their coffee, don't miss out on this. Inside and outside seating it's the pl...ace to be. See More

The person at the pastries counter this morning seemed so disinterested in serving me. It's a shame because the coffee and food was good.

This place is fantastic.Went there the first day of our visit up north, then had to go back every day I was in Whitehorse. I made the mistake of having the cinnamon pull apart, the bad thing about tha...t is I can not find one that compares where I live. It seems overly compulsive to want to move to Whitehorse for a cinnamon pull apart but they are that good. See More

The spot for cream and sugar was crammed into a weird spot but otherwise a great place! Lovely patio.

When going to Whitehorse, I have decided to certainly approach this cafe.
I am very much pleased with a natural atmosphere of this cafe.
I want ”Baked Cafe & Bakery” to make a Tokyo branch by all me...ans.
If it becomes so, I will circulate there every day.
