Class photo from last Thursday's collab brew with Keg & Lantern Brewing Company. Nobody makes a basement feel as glamorous as Jeff & Brett and you should all be excited for the Hoppy Rye Session w/Kolsch yeast we brewed up down there.
We're counting the days
👌
The best part of BeerMenus HQ on the weekends? Drinking beers on the patio, after eating and shopping through the Brooklyn Flea right outside our door.
Thanks Other Half for bringing back SuperFun, it's been too long.
🍻
Happening today: Taste New York; A New York Craft Beverage Experience featuring not only delicious state made beers &
ciders(including our friends at Kings County Brewers Collective, Moustache Brewing Co., Brooklyn Cider House) but also incredible wine and food from local producers.
We stopped by for the Industry session this afternoon, drank & ate our way through the state, and our guy Gage even got to do a little hand modeling for Miguel Rivas The Beer Trekker.
...Thirsty? Hungry? Want to support local producers?
Check it out!
Our good friend Travis from The Local Tap House Of Nyack sent us a stack of t-shirts the other day, so we had to get together to pose for our boy band album cover.
We sat down with him to talk about how BeerMenus has impacted his business, and why we're such good friends. Check out the full story here:http://bit.ly/2qOmqHC
Yesterday marked the beginning of American Craft Beer Week powered by CraftBeer.com. Check out the blog post from our friends at Hop Culture to learn how to #beeritforward this week.
Beer Menus added 3 new photos.
Our man Alex was down in New Orleans a few weeks back. When he wasn't lying on the grass with a handlebar mustache, he was checking out a few breweries. His favorite: NOLA Brewing—gotta love that slogan.
Tonight we were extremely proud to host the NYC Brewers Guild Industry Night on our patio.
We love having our friends around the office, and this time we had plenty of beer.
In fact we had kegs from Rockaway Brewing, Kings County Brewers Collective, Interboro NYC & Threes Brewing to really celebrate that local comraderie.
... Cheers friends
🍻

Saturday we celebrated the opening of Queens Beer Week on the waterfront in LIC. We were treated to a great view and better beers.
Arch from Rockaway Brewing Co. was kind enough to bring their last keg of our collab beer.
It kicked, of course, so we celebrated with Beer Today Beer Tomorrow and gave the keg a proper goodbye.
... Keep an eye out for our next collaboration beer coming soon

Newest team member Drew is based in Jersey so of course he follows Carton Brewing on BeerMenus.
When the alert came through that they tapped some new beers he had to go and try them all, 5 times
🍻

Great spot, incredible beer, wonderful people.
...Happy Cinco De Mayo everyone!
In case you haven’t heard, the line between craft beer and big beer just got blurrier.
This morning The High End, Anheuser-Busch’s craft beer unit, announced that it had purchased Asheville’s Wicked Weed Brewing. As we’re all aware, this is not the first purchase of its kind.
But it’s certainly different. With this, it’s 10th acquisition, The High End added a brewery with a phenomenal sour and funky program. None of the breweries they’ve acquired until now could honestly say ...this.
In other words, The High End rounded out its portfolio. This means that AB products can now cover every base that a beer program—craft or otherwise—needs.
This is a big deal. Smaller breweries are already battling both each other *and* AB-InBev for shelf space and tap lines. They have been for years. Adding a full portfolio to AB-InBev’s size and financials means that battle will become more difficult.
What this means: we believe by ordering a beer, you’re voting with your dollars. So, before you place your next beer order, take a pause and think: what am I voting for? Am I voting for big beer? Or am I voting for local beer?
We’ll continue to vote for the incredible men and women who keep this great industry rolling. We urge you to do the same.

Beer Menus shared Hop Culture's post.
We can't share IPA's Suck and be totally serious(our IPA collab with Rockaway Brewing Co. is still fresh and on the market) but we love his videos and totally unserious approach to beer.
Check out this hilarious interview from our friends at Hop Culture, and find out why IPA's suck, why you should stop waiting in line for beer and what a modern craft beer drinker does in the IPA world we live in.
We've got our fingers crossed for a scathing review of our beer!
Our newest team member Drew caught this shot of Rex and Will Jenga-ing at our tapping party at Covenhoven last week. In his words: “I’ve already learned that being the Jenga champion is the most important title at BeerMenus.”
He's learning fast.
The flood gates have opened at TAP New York it's people as far as the eye can see!
Keep an eye out for our guy Gage wandering the grounds trying really hard to stay sober through the whole thing.
And congrats to our friends from The Catskill Brewery Kings County Brewers Collective LIC Beer Project Spider Bite Brewing & Destination Unknown Beer Company on taking home hardware!
We're on the way to the TAP New York Craft Beer & Food Festival and stopped in Brewster for groceries and to visit our old friends DeCicco & Sons.
Somehow we ended up with a magnum(sorta) of Plan Bee Farm Brewery because these guys are just so damn gracious. Eventually we'll make it to Hunter for the real party
😎
🎉
See you on the mountain!
"And this is how you follow a beer on BeerMenus." Our man Rex was in Japan a couple weeks back, engaging in his favorite pastime:teaching hooved mammals how to interact with technology.
With any luck, this guy will pop in to Covenhoven for our release party! Our second celebration for Needle In A Hopstack with Rockaway Brewing Co.
See you to tonight
🎉
🙌🏼
TOMORROW!! At Covenhoven were having a release party for our Rockaway Brewing collab beer Needle In A Hopstack. We're so excited to share this beer with the world, it is incredible.
They'll also have cans of Tidal Variation, a single hop Denali IPA.
Come by and drink with us we can't wait to see you!
