Hi everyone. it's Ben Seagal and we in our household yesterday, I had one of the most amazing things happened, My youngest francheska, who's five years old, learn how to ride her bike and was really really special and we were excited for her. We're so proud of her and she wanted to tell all the other kids thinking about learning to ride their bike on how to do it and how to be brave to do it. So we're gonna ask her a few questions. So why did you decide to write your bike yesterday to try to write it for the first time because I really wanted to get my new bike. What what new bike it's a bite that we bought and it's really pretty. Oh what does it look like it has heart petals. It has princesses all around it and it has a basket. so if you learn to ride a bike, you would get this bigger bike. That's really cool. so where you really nervous yesterday when trying to ride your bike for the first time, Yes, what were you thinking? How's thinking about to be brave because I didn't wanna cheat on myself, so I try to be brave and then I just did you did it. What were you nervous about? I was nervous about falling why what's wrong with following cuz then I maybe will bleed. Oh you don't wanna bleed right no and so alright, what did you do to get ready before you got on the bike? Yesterday? I bought my home. I don't oh you're. Bike helmet Really do you always wear a bike helmet? Yes cuz it keeps you safety. That's really good. Why do you wanna stay safe because if you don't have something on your head and if you don't say stage my. Like get hurt right, so it's really important. Everyone should wear a bike helmet and then what were you thinking about to get yourself to ride the bike yesterday? How did you do it? How did I do? I have to keep? Bandcamp steady and I have to. And you have to stay in the Middle and you stay in the Middle of the Street. right. There's no cars out right now because everyone's in their House cuz it covers 19. So you kept the handle bar steak. Where did you put your feet on the pedals on the pedals? and so when you needed to stop what did you have to do? I had a break so then how did you actually write your bike? You kept it steady? What did you do tell other kids what they need to do if they wanna learn how to ride their bike. You have to pedal really really fast and then. when and then when someone say stop or when when you think you should stop you stop and how you stop is you. You put the you you put the break on and then you put. One foot and then another inning your other foot, so you put both feet down press back on the break and then you put them on the ground. Yeah. So how many times did it take you to try to ride your bike yesterday? Two times right and how did you feel after you wrote your bike good about myself? You did why did you feel good about yourself because this is for the first time actually did it? it was it was amazing. We were really really proud of you so anything else we should tell kids to think about if they wanna be brave like you in order to write a bike. Yes. Okay. What do you wanna tell them you always have to keep a parent? because it's the first time keep always with you to stop anything else any other words wisdom to tell other kids don't you think they should try now there around here it's really cold right right because now you get to write it with all you with your brother in with your sisters right it's awesome look at thank you friends for teaching us how to write a bite we are so proud of you that yesterday with your first time ever writing your bike it's really amazing um so maybe we learned other Things while we're still stuck inside here, but we're really proud of you.
