I rarely do reviews but I couldn't stop myself from writing after coming in contact wit...h the customer service at BDN. I could sense the good vibe from those people even before purchasing the products from them. They proved me that the fact called
"The first impression is the last impression" do always apply in human mind.
Here is the reason why they deserved to be recognised. I wanted to buy a gift for my daughter and it was almost the last moment. I had no option but to use the search engine to look for the stuff what my angel wanted to have for quiet sometimes and I found BEN. It was 5 in the morning and I wrote them what I wanted to purchase for my 4 years old angel. Amazingly I was responded almost immediately at 5 am which doesn't happen with most online services. Being a part of hospitality industry for many years I know how tough it is to maintain the good, prompt and accurate communication with your clients.
