Mike be fair. I have been going to your shows since St Pauls Church, have not missed one in decades.... Your staff for the most part are rude. Understand accept and do something about it. Their problems range from rudeness to openly not caring. For YEARS i have encountered the same problems, I can give specific details of who i have asked questions to and do not even get looked at IF i get a response. I doubt Mike may get these messages since, as stated above, the person who runs the box office is getting and filtering the complaints. The pricing is fair and honest, the church started out at 6.00. This is New York and everything if pricey. Perhaps you could not do anything about the air but you could have invested in some industrial fans and strategically place them around the floors to alleviate the heat. See More

A Hugh thanks to Mike and his incredible staff for making this show so great. Eric and all the staff... were so courteous and professional. As a vendor who travels doing approximately 40 shows a year as well promoting several comic cons it was wonderful to see Big Apple show being so well run and well attended.

I went twice to give it a fair chance (once could have been a fluke) and I was underwhelmed. For tho...se who attend for celebrities, the years I went the term was very loosely defined. One "celeb" was the actor who played Dante in CLERKS, soliciting 40 bucks (!) for an autograph. If your idea of celebrity is a cosplayer (mine is not) or a voice actor then you are in luck. The layout was not conducive to a smooth flow of pedestrian traffic either as it relied on escalators and odd floor traffic patterns that can cause you to miss sections if you don't actively seek the out.
