I can't say enough how happy I am with my experience here. I've bought 2 trucks and 1 car here. This last experience with a new f 150 left me shocked. Miguel came through. He didn't mislead me or take... me to the bank fair trade offer plus all available incentives so I wasn't very far upside down. And finance fought for my credit history and got me an amazing rate given my situation. I'll be a BKFord customer for life. See More

I purchased a used 2012 Ford F450 here about 2 months ago. I am very pleased with the truck and the help I received the day I purchased it. Ernesto Ramirez was very pleasant to deal with and has up the sale to make sure I was pleased with the purchase. I feel very confident that if there had been any issues with the vehicle I purchased that Ernesto would do his best to resolve it. Fortunately I have no complaints about the vehicle. I searched for my used car for 8 months and am glad I purchased this one. See More

I can’t to attempt to have my Ford Fiesta serviced it might need to have transmission clutch replaced and i received the nastiest service first from the guy at the parts counter and then the service c...enter guy just basically brushed me off. I think i will do better driving 100 Plus miles away to Dallas Texas to find a Ford service center that will appreciate my hard earned money and my business See More

I wrote a lengthy review of my experience at Bird Kultgen. I mean, lengthy. Very detailed. Long story short, I was attacked, in my vehicle, by the GM because he thought I was driving away (IN MY VEH...ICLE) leaving the rental and all my belongings inside. Facebook says my review is too long. But it is not to long for an email to Ford Motor Company to begin my complaint. See More

I had the best salesman ever, his name is Miguel. He was nice not pushy or aggressive with sales. It made my shopping experience very comfortable and pleasant. Best dealership ever! He went out of his... way to help make sure all my needs were fufilled. I bought a 2017 mustang late at night and they told me they could pick up my car and drop it back off when they were done detailing it and filling it up with gas. I didn't have to do anything ! I bought my first car from here about a week ago. Going in I wasn't sure what to expect but Miguel made everything so easy and stress free. He went above and beyond expectations. I had to leave early ...before being able to finally get my keys but Miguel went well out of his way to bring my new car to me! Well we are in the process of buying a 2015 Ford Edge. Our monthly paying are 511 a month. We have only had this suv 4 months. On July 15, 2016 I started the suv and got the message that hill side not available then a wrench symbol and the check engine light came on. I called the service department and spoke with Wes and he told me to restart the car and see if it would start and I did restart the suv but the check engine light was on. I asked Wes if i should bring it in to get the light checked out he said no. So i proceeded to drive home 15 mins into the drive home the car lost power while in traffic. I barely pulled into a parking lot before the suv completely died. I called the service department back and got Wes again he told me to restart the car. Again i restarted the suv and again i asked him if i should bring the car back to the dealership to be checked out because the suv kept dying and the check engine light is still on which indicates there is a problem and again i was told no just keep driving the car and the check engine light should clear out in a few days. Well on July 20,2016 my husband was driving to work on I 35 and the suv starts to loose power while the car is in drive and the message hill start assist is not available showed up the wrench icon and the check engine light came on. Due to having to work over nite he took it to the dealership on July 21, 2016. He was told it would a while for they could look at it that day. I called to check the status onJuly 22,2016 and was told that two codes showed on the code reader and they were trying to find where the problem is. Welltoday July 25,2016 I called at 4:27pm to check on the status of our suv and i was told that the shop foreman could not get the suv to repeat the problem that we brought in for and they want to keep the suv longer to see if they could get the suv to repeat the problem. Then at 5:23pm Jack from the service department called to tell us we can come and pick up our suv. That the shop foreman has driven it 67 miles and can not get the problem to repeat itself and with that happening they can not fix the problem thur the warranty. Please keep in mind we live 45 mintues from the dealership and the dealership closes at 6pm. We were not going to make it in time to pick it up today so now we have to wait till tomorrow to pick it. Jack from the service department also stated that the shop foreman wanted to ride with me to see if the problem would repeat. So we shall see if they follow up on that. I will be checking with other ford dealers to see if they can help us with our suv problem. Will post what happens tomorrow. With Joseph hamilton See More

I have been talking to several dealerships about purchasing a car in about 6 weeks, went to Bird Kultgen and met Miguel, I explained whatbI was wanting to doband said I wanted to wait until I had the I was expecting to come in. I was originally looking at getting a used car and paying cash since we already have 2 cars financed. Did not think we would be able to get another one financed. Well after about 24 hrs I drove out of the dealership in a 2017 Ford Escape with an unbelievable low interest rate. I cannot thank Miguel and the finance team enough. They did an outstanding job. I just want to say the service and parts dept. And the front desk at this dealership is amazing , I am from out of town , my car starting running hot , I came. To this dealership to see what was going... on , Jack in service dept. And Tom Lalley and 2 others I don't know there names came right out to check out my car , They fixed my car and I am back on the road in 45 min.
