    Updates have been few and far between. I've been resting from everything, even using a computer, as my hands have been REALLY bad the past few weeks. Getting cortisone injection in my left hand today. More rest ahead to let cortisone do its thing. If it works, I'll do the shot in my right hand in a few weeks, then more rest, then hopefully start easing back into things. #wishmeluck
