Sister Mary LaSalette Trevillyan, RSM, went to spend eternity with the Lord on Feb 2, 2017, at the age of 92. She attended Catholic Girls High School (Bishop Conaty-Our Lady of Loretto High School) and later joined the Sisters of Mercy.

She was a lengendary teacher for 13 years at Bishop Conaty. She also served for several years in leadership positions in the Mercy Community.

Her students thought she ‘floated’ when she walked! They felt she was looking at each of them indi...vidually, with personal concern. She was welcoming, affirming, supportive, and sensitive to their needs, not surprisingly attracting several Conaty graduates to the Sisters of Mercy.
She will be missed by many.

BCLHS Wildcats have won the Horizon League title (Basketball) for the sixth consecutive year and now await a wild-card team for Saturday’s first round in Division 5A.
