Assault Charges Laid Against Vancouver Police Officer for Brutal Beating of Black Man

On February 10th, 2018 Jamiel Moore-Williams, a young Black fitness professional was brutally attacked by the Vancouver Police Department. Jamiel was walking in the Granville Entertainment District on a night out with his friends.
