Preparing some songs and wisdom for my gratitude concert tonight at Auburn Correctional Facility. One of the most secure maximum security prisons in the country. I pick a good one as my first, eh? I'm reading this awesome book filled with sublime wisdom to weave in and out of my songs.

For the FIRST TIME, we are offering a Then Sings My Soul Workshop to all our local friends. You might be used to catching a concert here and there, but this is a totally different experience.

*****Tickets will NOT be sold at the door to allow the workshop to start and end on time*****

IMPORTANT NOTES: Please eat lunch prior to arriving. Refreshments will be available. Bring a floor chair or pillow and something to write on. All worksheets and note paper will be provided.

The Then Sings My Soul workshop is designed to amplify the still small voice, which is the source of all creativity. Whether you are a self-proclaimed non-creative or you are already creating your masterpiece, this workshop will reveal that creativity is not what you think it is. Through meditation, integrative breathwork, and experiential activities, you will identify, magnify, and release your creative blocks and open to the reality that creativity is in everyone.
