Great program! Great, fun workouts & no monotony. I hated getting up at 5 to be there at 5:30 every morning, but CJ definitely
gets your butt in gear. The location has changed & there have been change...s recently to the schedule. Now there are workouts available basically all day! If it was closer to my house I would definitely still be going.

s and laughs. What I've lost is inches and pounds. Cj is honestly the best trainer I've ever worked with. Over the last... year I've tried multiple gyms and trainers and none seemed to work for me much like being a BUF. I never dread going to the gym anymore which says a lot. I've never been athletic or played sports so I know if I can do it you can! Thanks CJ for your hard work and dedication everyday!

s is a complete fitness program. Trainer CJ will track your progress (weight, body fat, and measuremen ts), your eating, and push you to achieve the results ...YOU want. And most importantl y, he is accessible . Call, text, or leave him a message on Facebook and he will respond quickly. Every workout is different from the one before and they are fun! Don't worry about your current level of fitness or judgement, there are folks here with all different body types and levels of fitness. If an exercise is too difficult or you cannot perform one for whatever reason, CJ will offer a modificati on or alternativ e. As with anything else, you will get what you put into it, but CJ will be there to encourage you and cheer you along the way. Give it a shot.

This is just a amazing experience
for me. Not only do u sweat & shed pounds, u have fun while doing it. It be a struggle getting up @ 4:30, but once u get moving u have feel good, & have energy for th...e rest of the day. I am so glad I gave it a try, this is something I will be sticking to.
