There are 7 food carts working late night in downtown Boise. Each of these carts work the weekend and have for years but there isn't a category for Street food, Hot dog cart or food cart. There is a... late night food and a food truck category and the late night category is subjective to what is considered late night I guess. Show up at 2 am on the weekends and see what is going on. For Gods sake, you even have Caldwell categories in the BOISE Weekly. See More

Drama. Doom and gloom. Dark and depressing.

Always hoped to help make this publication fun, since Boise is a fun place to live. Nope. all this is is a bunch of people worrying about things that are ...out of our control. Shit, if that's what this publication is about, it's out of my control and not worth worrying about.

Hopefully the Boise Weekly team starts figuring things out faster because if they keep upsetting their readers with dry, boring material, they're going to be out of the game pretty quickly, losing the battle to the Facebook newsfeed, where people can easily be entertained and have a choice in their content. Here, it feels like the team works hard, I'll give them that, but there is a lack of love involved and is eating away at your brand.

I come here to fight. To be perfectly honest. I just love to march into the enemy camp and punch the biggest guy in the room . . .and see what happens. Mabey it will do at least some good. But yeah . .... . I play the role of Bill Copes character "red or mullet boy " . . . the backwoods hillbilly holed up in cabin with a shotgun and Bible denieing science and hating black people and afraid of homosexuals or anything different and new. Been a few years now, but I understand the mind of the millennial and how they think. This magazine has served me well. See More

I must have missed it. I looked carefully through the latest issue (volume 26. issue 11 Aug 30-Sept 5, 2017) and found no mention that the previous weeks crossword puzzle was boned. You printed the cl...ues with the previous puzzle grid. Granted it may have been received that way, however, accuracy is in your court. Care to explain? See More

Such a huge disappointment since the election! Now you also print inaccurate stories! The last total solar eclipse in Idaho was in 1979. Check your facts in the future cause there are plenty of us w...ho witnessed and remember it! See More

Their best of Boise list was a joke. Multiple winners in same categories that don't even fit. Fork won best local dinner? Yeah right. I really wonder how those winners were chosen. Aside from that, th...eir articles are often shooting for shock value and click bait. No thanks. BW is not a wise reading choice in my opinion. See More

Boise Weekly did a terrible job in their coverage of the 2015 Boise City Elections. Their Facebook page is a complete joke and must be ran by a 13 year old kid. Most of their articles are reminiscent ...of Yahoo news, in the fact that the don't proofread or double check their work. See More

I really enjoy reading things you post to know what's going on around Boise. (I take it with a grain of salt like I do all news sources, of course.)

Don't know if it's been brought up or is being wo...rked on but the mobile version of your site is a giant pain in the ass. I can't even swipe the screen to read the next part of the articles and I can't find a way to easily change it to desktop mode. Can you please fix it or get rid of it? I would like to be able to read the stories!

Otherwise you guys are awesome! Thanks for all the work you do!

I pick one up every week. I appreciate the support of local artists with the cover features and always take a stab at the NYT crossword. Thank you for providing an interesting, free publication.

Several years ago, BW was closing in on the Idaho Statesman and KTVB in regards to local, political coverage. After moving from Idaho, I hadn't checked in on the weekly since roughly 2014. Now, it see...ms like they're only publishing AP reports and restaurant reviews. What gives, BW? See More

Are these legislators representing the public when they voted to BAN the labeling of GMOs in the state? Or are they representing the big pharma and biotech corporations? Here is the list of legislator...s who represent Monsanto and corporate interests instead of the public constituents. HELP!!!!I have a question. I am from Ohio and not sure how your news station does things. I am in great need of help from the media and anybody from the Boise area. To make a long story short, my niec...e is in the care of Nampa child services. They are friends with the foster mom taking care of my niece. With that being said, the case workers are not giving us nor anybody from the family a chance to adopt our niece because the case worker and foster mom are friends. The foster mom recently found out she can get a lot of money due to our heritage which we believe is why she wants to adopt her so bad. This foster mom is a single lady with no stable home collecting poor children to get a pay check. Will you please help us bring light to this issue so we can bring my niece home? See More
