Was intrigued by the local and western mix of flavours and the shop always seem crowded. The female server did not seem to know the exact ingredients used to make the ice cream when asked. Which is so...mething to take note of for those with special diets. I tried the lemongrass ginger and it was not too sweet and quite refreshing. You will realize how artificial the food you have been consuming as the more natural the food is, the fainter and milder the taste. Pricey though. The male server was very nice and greeted everyone. It’s near home so really not a must for me to be there but I just happened to walk past and decided to try it out. Good service and even better ice cream than other ice cream places as their flavors a...re unique. However I felt there was an aftertaste after I had the ice cream, I can’t confirm if that was from the ice cream or was it from some sponge cake I had earlier on. Hopefully it was not from the ice cream!! Anyway I will only know the next time I try it again!! Overall it’s good! See More

Happened to be staying in a hotel opposite the store, managed to pop in on the last day of my stay. The ice cream flavours were amazing and unique, wished I'd popped into the store sooner.

The flavors available and the team behind BoP are a masterful match. It's certainly one of my go to spots in Singapore for gelato.

Finally had the chance to try Birds of Paradise gelato with Hub! 🍦 Choose white chrysanthemum with cacao nibs and pistachio. Wanted to try all the flavors! They're so interesting & different. Like spi...ced pear, strawberry basil, vanilla fig swirl, pandan etc. Added $1 for the thyme cone and it's amazing!! Their gelato is not so sweet and flavors are well balanced. Highly recommended! Please open an outlet in the West soon! The flavors are light, unique and refreshing not overly sweet.

I really liked the gelato and the whole feel of the place but there was this one staff who didnt seem to care at all about customer service.

No greeting, cold look and seems to be quite bossy to the... other staff. Since BOP has this beautiful product and place, they should train their staff too to deliver consistent service and customer experience. See More

This place knocked the ball right out of the park! Tried every flavor and loved how each flavour excited the taste buds. Definitely not run of the mill flavours. Eventually ordered the white chrysant...hemum and Lemongrass ginger gelatos in a delicious freshly made thyme waffle.

I marveled at the smooth texture of the gelato as my spoon scrapped the surface to form a beautiful creamy mount of herb-y "botanical inspired" goodness.

Everything down to the cone sleeve, music and standing room area was well thought through. Service was efficient although the wait can be long when a group comes in and the servers decide to split up with one making waffles while the other attends to customers.

While the place is not near home, I would definitely return for more BOP gelato.

My must have weekly dose and only place I will ever go for icecream. Best ice cream ever and service is good! However, it had been on 3 occasions when I get over and there's no mint cocoa. Sadly disap...pointed though as it's my no. 1 choice above other flavours. See More

I loved the thyme cone and your pandan ice cream! Your panda ice cream, at first taste when I asked to sample it tasted like something I would absolutely buy a pint and eat straight out of the jar. Bu...t with the thyme cone however, it tasted bland(im not too sure if I was given pandan or vanila even, couldnt taste anything at all), and my partner agreed with me that the thyme cone tasted amazing, but it sort of overpowered the flavours of the ice cream we were having See More

It was really crowded yesterday during 8 plus. The dark chocolate ice-cream tasted heavenly. Thought it would be better to separate sampling and purchase queue.

Stumbled upon this gelato boutique on one of those very hot days that just demands for ice cream!! Shared a double scoop of Strawberry Basil and Lychee Rasperry on a thyme cone. It wouldn't have been ...the same without the thyme cone which enhanced the flavours. Birds of Paradise gelato boutique is far from our home but we will be back. See More

Quaint little outlet, simplistic design, neat arrangements make it very friendly. Ice cream is very delicious, creamy and the cone is also very fresh. Due to the small space there are no seats and onl...y a standing bar good for 4 pax, hence if you are looking to chill, it's not so suitable. A pity they don't serve waffle, but the main draw, the ice cream is as good as it gets, and undoubtedly better than Brownice ice cream just down the corner. We would visit again. See More

Thin, crisp and delicious thyme cones coupled with white chrysanthemum and mint cacao ice cream. My favorite flavor was the white chrysanthemum ice cream. So fragrant and delicately sweet. Brilliant. ...It's definitely worth the visit for my first time here. Not to mention, service was top notch even though there was a huge crowd waiting in line. Will be back to try out the other flavors. See More
