Oh my goodness.. after spending a month in the US I was a bit hesitant to try this but I'm so glad I did. I have had pizza from all over the world and I have to... say this is the best I've ever had. The menu is extensive, the prices are great and the staff are so friendly. We had takeaway the first night and dined in the restaurant the second night. We visit Brisbane quite often and will be back for sure. See More

Hands down the best pizza I've ever eaten....and that includes any pizza I have eaten on my 3 trips to Italy! The dough is phenomenal, and the minimal use of ye...ast combined with the prolonged time allowed for it to rise means the base is so light you can eat so much pizza yet never feel bloated... I wish I had 4 thumbs so I could give this place 4 thumbs up!!👍 See More

I love eating pizza. I love cooking pizza. I DREAM pizza, and thats not an exaggeration. I really hope The Boroughs finds its place in oz' pizza market. Wifey a...nd i stopped into carindale yesterday for lunch. The service was polite but i wouldn't say inviting. They menu looks great and prices are acceptable. Pizza wise, i think ours was overdone, bordered on burnt and we could only taste cheese when we really wanted to taste everything. It was hard to not take a bite and pull ALL the toppings off, and later we walked past and saw plates of half eaten naked slices. Ppl, these are not cooked in a pizza battler (conveyor belt oven) so some inconsistencies are expected, however maybe bring in more PC to combat that. See More

Do yourself a favour and get yourself to NY Fort Valley for an amazing pizza experience!!! We went tonight late after a show and the staff were exceptional, not...hing was too much trouble even having to move tables to fit our huge pizza on it. Amazing taste, it was out before we could even through a few sips of our drinks and we could even take our leftovers home. Will definitely be back!!! See More

Tasty pizza but overall quite an average experience. Over priced pizza, inconsistency in their cooking, waited almost 30 mins to get two small pizzas and the se...cond one arrived 10 mins after that. They didn't cut the pizza properly either, so it was difficult to pull the pizza apart or cut it with the knifes provided. Then the people next to us got a pizza that was way over cooked, practically burnt. The kitchen looked disorganized and chaotic at times. Not sure if I'd go back. See More

The secret pizza sauce was just cheap tomato paste and the Philly cheese steak pizza was just bread with capsicum. Also they played kings of Leon the whole time � should not be called American they don't even have American cheese.

I emigrated to Australia 13 years ago and have never found a pizza that was amazing. Until Now! At last I have found a pizzeria that makes the most authentic and delicious pizza. This will be my forever go to for a taste sensation!

From the moment stepped in the place had a good feel very good vibes . I love this pizzeria, the pizza is freshly made with fresh ingredients and flavour. An experience not to be missed. Also watching the pizzaiolo chef , spin the base. Gluten free is also available .

From someone born and raised in Jersey I'm so glad we drove out 25 minutes to get a pizza! Lived in Australia now for over 15 years and this was the closest to my kind of pizza ever! Thanks heaps.

totally mouth watering menu takes you ages to work out what to have but so impressed I had lunch there on Thursday and dinner there Saturday night... so good

Kind of average for the price. 25 minutes to get two pizzas, that came to the table 10 minutes apart.

Overpriced, a bit too slow, and looking around everyone's crusts were way over cooked... verging on burnt.

Ordered a 19" half Hawaiian and half meatlovers, what arrived was a 19" blancmange served on some form of composite material I assumed to be Kevlar as I found ...it almost impossible to cut with a steel knife. When pointed out to the staff, I was merely asked "what do you want to do".
Very disappointed as I only heard good things about this place, but on this experience, won't be back anytime soon. See More

I won a $100 voucher from hit 105 for boroughs of ny so i took my family out for dinner. First of all the food was a hit with my 2 year old boy which won me. Th...e pizza was delicious and huge so a doggy bag was definitely needed. The restaurant itself was very well designed and setup and it really made us feel like we were actually in NY eating pizza. And lastly the staff. What can i say but friendliest bunch of people. Unlike many food joints the owner actually takes pride in getting out the front and interacting with his customers. He even recognised and knew me as "chris the tradie" from the radio station. The staff were very accommodating for our needs and even were able to store my sons pram out the back while we ate. Fantastic experience. Will most definitely be going back. See More

Just had lunch first time at Carindale. Pizza was incredible! The pizza maker was first class. Realising a mix up in ordering. No issue! Without us asking made a fresh one. This level of service is rare. I won't hesitate to tell others to eat there.

The owners have a heart as large as the pizzas they serve. Today they shut the shop for paying customers and opened it wide with a smile to the less fortunate ...and homeless. The atmosphere was buzzing with lots of laughter and happiness. The staff gave it there all and they were excellent as allways.

Pizza: 6/10. Freshly made and decent flavors.
Service: 0/10. Half our order never showed up (but still appeared on the bill until we let them know), couldn't get a refill of water or wine, took 20 minutes to get the bill. Wasn't even a busy night!

The pizza was a half hour late, cold, and missing a topping. The onion rings were cold and mushy. The lateness is hard to forgive as I live a ten minute walk f...rom the shop.

Having said that, I still rated 4 stars because it was truly an excellent pizza, and once I reheated the onion rings in the air fryer, they were also exceptional.

Had there been no mess-ups on my very first order, this would be a glowing 5 star review, and I am even planning to order from them today. See More
