Kristina fixed my problem in 15 min! Windows update did something to my graphics driver and everything was huge and blurry, I struggled with trying to fix it myself for a week. If I would have known... about boxaid sooner I would have called on day one, very much worth $30!! See More

I am so very pleased with the results of having my computer repaired remotely through Boxaid! I didn't have to drive 30 miles or wait a week or more to get my computer back and I loved being able to w...atch the whole process on my screen.

Christopher did an excellent job. He took his time, thoroughly cleaned my computer, and spent time afterward to explain things, wrap up a few loose ends, and make sure I was completely satisfied. contacted them for help with my pc, after being left in an online chat for an hour with only a "can i help you with something" i disconnected. i then waited a little while assuming they were busy lo...gged back in initiated another chat and got connected to a tech called Katrina, and got this response Hi how can I help you? 13.37 PM

hello my pc keeps restarting randomly

Once a day? Several times a day?

it's completely random

i have changed the psu, tested the RAM, tried to reset pc which failed,

How do you know it's hardware related?

tried a media creation tool to reinstall windows 10 which failed , even reset the CMOS nothing worked

i don'this was done on the advice of the pc maker

I can take a look. If I fix it, it will cost $89.85.

Throughout the whole process Christopher answered all my questions, and provided great info on how to keep my system top notch. Overall a great experience with a great technician!! I have dealt with numerous computer service organizations. American based Boxaid is head and shoulders above all the others! Competent, courteous, professional in every respect, and, ironically, the... lowest cost! Jonathan in New Jersey, was able to eliminate a Trojan Worm from my machine, and tune it up to run as fast as when it was new. And the price for this was only $89.95. This literally saved me hundreds of dollars from what other providers quoted me. I heartily recommend Boxaid! See More
