Becky helped me out getting a rental bike the night before the race and some cold weather gear. Becky was very helpful and kind. The bike was perfect and in like new shape! The team was set up at the... finish line to receive the bike saving me the effort of returning it to the store. EVERYONE on this team was amazing!! This is where I will do all my business from now on!! See More

Brick wheels is a Traverse City institution and landmark bike shop that has been around for decades. Ranked amongst the top 100 bike shops in the Nation with a large assortment of cycling, mountain bi...king and X-country skiing merchandise plus a great service department. They are located alongside the TART Trail in Downtown Traverse City along the busy East Eighth St. corridor. Look for their tent sales in the Spring and Summer for deals on apparel and accessories. They carry the Trek line of bicycles which are proudly made in America! Buy local and support your community! Arriverdercci! See More

I brought my sons bike in for a repair. I thought I was going to have to drop it off but your team looked at it and said it was a quick fix. In about 20 minutes I was out the door with a bike that was... fixed and will have a happy child! See More

I came in looking to do some upgrades on my current bike or possibly purchase a new one. I was lucky enough to speak with Matt Mulligan. After some discussion we both agreed that a new bike was the wa...y to go due to the age and limitations of my current bike. Matt didn't just try to sell me a bike he took the time to educate me on the new bikes and help me find a bike that was perfect for me. His knowledge of the bikes and obvious love for biking made for a great experience! I will absolutely be a return customer! See More

Awesome customer service! Matt helped my daughter find the perfect basket for her bike and then raised her seat and moved her petals to the next setting.

While on a ride from northern Indiana to Sleeping Bear Dunes I had a shifter cable fray and jam in the shifting mechanism. I was referred to Brick Wheels. I can not say enough good things about the fr...iendly, knowledgeable, efficient, affordable, immediate service I received. They saved the day and I was able to complete the ride.
