Stundents at the University of Bristol are working build a housing cooperative where there is no landlord but tenants own shares of thhouse and democratically decide on rent, maintenance and bills.
Housing is a human right so no one should profit off it. This system shows that we don’t need landlords. This already works in Unis like London and Edinburgh.
