Overpriced, poor at communication, great at making things up...

Took my Jaguar in for a simple request - Scan the current codes, print the current codes, clear... the current codes and determine what persists.

Instead of doing what I asked, they printed out a long list of codes, drove my car without plates or insurance 7 miles on public roads and then told me that the car communicates to its on board mainframe via fiber optic cable.

Just to be clear - the car does not have a "mainframe", nor does it use it's fiber optic lines for anything other than its audio system.

When you present facts to the owner, he becomes irate. He incidentally quoted $1,000 for a repair that Multistate transmissions fixed 100% for $350.

Buyer beware.

I can't thank you enough for looking after my '99 Jag when I feared she would need to be taken off life support. Your service is awesome, and I look forward do y'all taking care of my three British babies when needed.
