Terrible support even I have a SOA. Call centre system volume is too low. Brocade system cannot track my product serial number by my contract number.
Level 1 support is just to record detail but "NO" ...engineer to support and need to call back after trying to get my problem resolve for 2 months. I will say getting support SOA is useless. I am wondering if I will get my hardware replacement within 4 hours even with my valid SOA contract. I would have give it a zero star if I am able to do so. See More

Terrible tech support, having issue obtaining license so L1 forwarded me to a sales persons voice mail that wouldn't be back for 2 weeks. Now I'm on the phone with another L1 and their email isn't wor...king... He just asked if we could Skype and he'd send it to me... This service really is a joke... See More

Congratulations to Team Brocade from our Bangalore, India site who completed Ananda Yana - The Joy of Running event on June 4. This is the fourth year of participating in the annual event. The goal of the event is help raise funds to support children from disadvantaged backgrounds and also encourage more people to run.
