He is actively helping us do our part to liven up our little stretch of the Fremont East District. We still haven't figured out exactly what it is about Dennis that puts a smile on our face and makes us feel good everyday but it works so we'll leave it at that. The mustache, maybe?

I broke my pescatarian experiment today. Jason Ring Yvonne Wiltse and I were spoiled tonight at the Bronze Cafe at the Market on Fremont street where we got in...vited to enjoy a complimentary chef's tasting of Chef Peter Bastien's new DINNER menu.
Every bite was super scrumptious but we all agreed that the chicken stole the show. Chicken is almost always overcooked and this bird was PERFECT. And that sweet potato purée was heaven. And heck yes to those vegan deserts! #fremontstreet #lasvegas
