Placed order online, everything appeared to be fine. Received an email later stating they wanted an additional $160 for shipping (on top of the agreed price of ...149.95 already on the order). I've been a loyal customer but cannot and will not refer anyone to this company. Unable to return calls or follow up with customers. This company doesn't stand behind commitments and has no interest in customer service. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism in 2017. See More

Not too happy with the service waiting two weeks and no parts. I got told one part was back ordered and now it's another so much for #1 in truck parts. I asked ...about canceling my order and said we can do it right now.What away to run a company my just do that tomorrow. I will not buy from them again. See More

This is a good company and they only want to help people with there needs... Fortunately i only live 35 miles away and i am able to pickup my parts but for those who have to ship.. just give them a chance to service you... they are good poeple

I don't think these people want to do business at all. On Nov. 23 we called to order Radiator pads for a 1982 truck. Was told they were shipping that night. ...They called us the next Tuesday and said the credit card did not go thru. Almost a whole week without telling us. We checked with the credit card company and they said there was no problem on their end and to call Capitol One authorization dept. Brothers said they don't do that. They said they would try again the next day, but they never "got around" to it. On Nov 30 we called to see if they had sent it yet. No, they said the credit card didn't go thru. So I got on the phone and gave them my Visa credit card. Lo and behold, that wouldn't go thru either. What are the odds of 2 cards being rejected? Somebody either doesn't know what they are doing or their machine is broken.

So I suggested that they ship anyway as long as they have 2 credit cards and the order was only $30.. They won't do that either. This company was just not interested in doing business evidently. There was no excuse to not notify us of the card problem right away. We needed to get the truck back on the road.

So with the poor attitude shown, I got on the internet and found another company that had them in stock and shipped them this morning. No problem with credit cards. We called Brothers back and cancelled the order as it had already been a week and it still hadn't been shipped.. The guy hung up on us.

had a small orders placed, for wiper arms, blades, and amber marker lights, emailed several times after taking over 2 weeks, no Reponses from anyone, not the ...person that emailed me, saying back ordered, or the sales inquiries. Cancelled the order. Communication will get you a long way. I gave them 1 shot, I will go with companies that have proven them selves in the past. See More

Waiting over a month for 60-66 C-10 cab mounts. Nothing special!! They were on back order when I originally ordered them and after waiting for them to come in t...hey were not in my shipment when the parts arrived. Now a month later they are still on back order and they are waiting to hear back from the company who supplies them???? I didn't think this would be so hard to get. I could have had them a month ago from eBay or Amazon but thought I would support "America's #1 source for 1947-87 Chevrolet & GMC truck parts - classic and custom" I should have looked at the reviews before I placed my order. Super disappointed and have yet to speak to someone who is the least bit concern about my issue. There are plenty of other sources for these parts next time I will be choosing one of them. See More

I had ordered cab corners for my 59 chevy and I was shipped 3 correct cab corners and one wrong one. Not a big deal as I understand shit happens. I returned the... wrong part and had them send one back to me. I had to pay return shipping and the shipping was 50$. I was told that I will get that refunded and I have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks now. As soon as I mentioned the refund they will not respond to my emails. I have emailed two customer service reps and both have done the same thing. And calling doesn't get you anywhere either. Ordering my parts from classics from now on See More

I have tried for three weeks to get information regarding the air conditioning kit listed in their catalog for a 1955 Chevy pickup. The first time I contacted t...hem they agreed to send me information. After a week I called back and was told "they were too busy to assist me. The third time I called and asked for a supervisor (Jamie) and he said he was sorry for my previous experience and would get me assembly information. I never received the information so yesterday I called and asked for Jamie and was told he was busy so I left my name and number and requested he call me. I have not received a return call. I have bought other product from them and never had a problem. I am disappointed in the failure of the company to respond to my request. Personally I will no longer do business with them. See More

Whine Whine Whine all these customers whining over small trivial bullshit . Makes ya wonder how thier life really is . So what the stuffs on back order . What d...o you think your the only one that orders parts from Brothers ? I guess they never went to thier local shops and they had to order thier parts . Where do our think they order them from the North Pole ? It's amazing how little people get upset over . I've never had to Whine and cry over parts on back order or service from Brothers or any other shop . It is what it is if you can't wait or have the patience for service or the ordering of your parts then maybe your in the wrong Hobby or project of life . Maybe your better off collecting panties that way when you piss and moan about every little thing that happens in life you have a clean pair to slip your whining ass into . Brothers Truck I think yinz do a great job . Yes I've had to wait on parts a time or two but there's always something else to keep me busy while waiting . Ordered parts for my truck build and 5 days later I'm wondering where the parts are.....so I called and I was informed 1 of my 6 items is on backorder. And that... they don't ship anything until the entire order is there.....but it clearly states on the order confirmation letter that in stock items will ship in 1 to 2 days and backorder items could take up to 4 weeks...I can honestly say that I am done with brothers truck parts....they also need to retrain their customer service reps....very un professional See More

I also ordered parts from them. My on phone rep said all parts were in stock. So I used Pay Pal to place the order. When the order arrived over half of it was b...ack ordered. The invoice in the box said Aug 8 would be the new shipping date. Since I paid by pay pal they will not refund my money even though I'm now told we don't know when these parts will ship. I'm holding up a customer's truck waiting on parts. I've ordered from them for years, but I have never experienced this. Will be my last order, too many other suppliers available. See More

Had a very bad experience that was dragged out from August 10th till October 28th 2015. I will never use them again they say they will call you back and i waite...d almost 2 weeks then i called them only to be told the item is discontinued and I'm out of luck. They need to step up their customer service also never use paypal through them my money has been tied up since august apparently when you use paypal they get paid instantly and if the part is backordered they don't call or tell you. An email would have sufficed. Please step up your service and take care of the customer. We are why you are in business to begin with. See More

Ordered some lowering springs for my '59. They were on back order. I patiently waited for my springs to arrive and received them about 2 1/2 weeks after orderin...g. The front mono leafs, which are thinner than the stock springs, did not come with new, shorter u-bolts. After contacting Brothers about this problem, I was told that their supplier would send some replacements out. That was a week ago. I emailed the sales manager a few days ago to see if they had been shipped and I still have not gotten a response. I have been patiently waiting to put these new springs on my truck for almost a month and still do not have all the parts I need. I am very disappointed in the tomato lack of customer service.
