When I asked if this is how they treat customers,
Oh, and then when I pointed out the mishap on the menu, she said, "go ahead and grab a menu, we don't care, you're not welcome here and we hope to never see you again!" She then proceeded to go to the back of the kitchen and do a sort of happy dance, as if she had just won the lottery.
It's disgusting

Love the food, I recommend it to people all the time! Just makes me really sad that Buds closes so early :( I really wish you would stay open until 6 so I could come more.

The Med Veggie (the newest member of our fam) has all the goods. Creamy house made hummus, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, tomato, pepperoncinis, balsamic vinaigrette and greens. Also great on sliced wheat or wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
Our top 9 Instagram posts of 2016. What a year. There is so much to look back on and be grateful for. The support we've received since deciding to take a chance and open a vegan sandwich shop 4 years ago means everything to us. The fact that so many of you go out of your way (and drive long distances) to get to us, that you show up during snowstorms and rainstorms and freezing temps, that you recommend us to your friends and family, or write us an online review, none of it goes unnoticed or unappreciated. Thanks for keeping us laughing, thinking, and growing. We look forward to offering you even more in 2017, and can't wait to share it with you.

Mashing up a couple big batches of guacamole this morning. Get some hearty food in your stomach before you start popping those bottles for New Years. You'll probably thank us later. Open regular hours today, 11:00-5:00.
Trimming a tree and saucing a burrito are pretty much the same thing, right? Fa la la la la la la la guac. (Hey, at least we tried.)

- What should you eat whilst driving in your car? You know you don't a...lways have time to sit down at a restaurant and you know fast food isn't good for you. Why not swing by Buds Sandwich Shop @budsslc in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah for a quick bite you can eat while you drive? Yes their entire menu is plant based. No it doesn't taste weird. Yes their menu is full of items like The Pesto Sub, The Buffalo, The Cheesesteak, Fresh Veggie, Deli Classic, Barbacoa Sandwich, and the Mediterranean Veggie. No they don't have an indoor facility to eat at during the winter but you can just eat while you drive, eat at home, and eat there where it is warmer. So far I have tried The Pesto Sub, The Buffalo, and The Barbacoa Sandwich and all I can say is, "WOW!" I can't wait to try the other items. Plus they can make these same named foods into burritos and salads too! Whether you partake in vegan food or not is irrelevant. This food is delicious and you won't even realize it is vegan. Good food is good food and this, my friends, is good food!! No meat, no dairy, no eggs, and full of flavor and nutrition. This is my idea of fast food.
