Went in over my lunch hour to use some gift cards. It was quite apparent that the sales lady did not want me unfolding sweat shirts to look at design on back. If you don’t want people to unfold them, ...maybe you should have them laying out where you can see front and back. Just a recommenda
I'm pretty disgusted with this place right now.... I bought an American flag (2 weeks ago) to replace the one I bought last year (At Bud's) with the flag kit for my SG. I went on one ride with it and..., back and forth to work a couple of times and it started to fray really bad again like the one I was replacing.
.. that's $20 for that flag. I sent my wife with the receipt to get a replacemen t, the girl at the counter told her since she didn't have the package (which was just a clear bag that we disposed of at Bud's when I installed it on the bike) that they couldn't take it back! I've bought 2 bikes there and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of accessorie s and clothes! Your not gonna replace a defective American flag because of a bag it came in? I'm glad my wife is viscous and finally got the parts manager to approve the exchange but (there's more, yes more) my wife was told by the young saleswoman that she could not return this one if there was any problem! Are you serious? Family? You refer to us as family? This is truly a disappoint ment! I've purchased my last item there... poor poor customer relations right there over a $20 flag.

Purchased my first new 2017 Harley Street Glide Special at Buds and had an outstandin
g experience and wonderful customer service. They didn't have any issues meeting my request and made the deal as sm...ooth as it could possibly be. My sales person (also named Marty) jumped through hoops and made things happen. I rode home on my first new Harley and couldn't have been happier! I'll plan my future business with Buds and wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to them at all!
I have gotten 2 bikes from Bud's. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. From sales to service they are great. Scott was a big help in deciding the best bike to get. I got a street glide then traded ...for a cvo street glide, I love it. Took in in to get pipes, stage 2 cam, service was great. It has some power now! Charles & Tim excellent service. that I had never had a hug from Dawn. She quickly got my wife then me. Than Paul and Charles started whim...pering like sad little puppies so I had to give them a little hug too. 😱 Sheesh! Bad bikers huh?😂

Dropped off my bike out of the clear blue to have a service done on it. They scheduled me in and out at a very reasonable
time frame. The service department brought attention to some issues I didn't e...ven realize that I had. Thumper could've left me stranded, or at least inconvenie nced.
