BuildZoom was an excellent resource for us as we explored the option to build a home in Las Cruces, NM. Although we eventually bought a spec home we purchased f...rom a builder, Gold Key, who was listed with BuildZoom. Moving across the country from Wisconsin was difficult not knowing who to trust made it even more so. BuildZoom checked in with us often even when they knew we were buying a home and not building our own. I would highly recommend using them as a reference for finding a reputable builder. See More

As a small business owner, getting customers can sometime be very difficult. Buildzoom has helped me find customers that I would not normally have. In the past... I have used other lead servicing companies and the majority of the leads we're not good. With buildzoom customers have been screen and are serious about doing the projects that they are requesting bids for. My experience with buildzoom has been great. See More

Quinlan Construction Services just completed a remodel of my hall bathroom. Mark Quinlan had done some smaller jobs for me in the past, and his work ethic and ...eye for detail, let me know that he was the person for this job. I have 0 complaints and only praise for his work. LOVE the new bath! I highly recommend Mark to anyone in need of a remodel. You'll especially like the way he keeps the rest of your home as neat as possible when he works, even vacuuming each day before he leaves! See More

Not going into much detail, But do NOT trust this site, they do NOT guarantee you'r money, And they do not even verify proper contractor licenses before shellin...g them out to you.

We asked for help on a contractor from their site, and the only answer we got was "well we are just a matchmaker" No guarantees of license, or the potential to get my deposit back.

You have been warned.. I got burned; don't let the same happen to you..

As a contracting company we appreciate the ease of working with Buildzoom. They already screen the homeowners so only serious clients are referred to us. Their... fee base is simple and straight forward and we like that we only pay if we win the job. Their new proposal maker tool makes for a beautiful presentation of a proposed project. We highly recommend them See More

With BuildZoom's help I was able to find an excellent craftsmen who was able to convert my Mother's 1903 Upright Crown Piano into a beautiful Wine Bar. Because of the conversion I was able to keep a family heirloom. No one wanted a piano but everyone wants my bar now!

I am an Architect that has a listing on BuildZoom. I found their site user friendly when supplementing the information regarding our firm, Design Sense AZ. I ...like the look of the website and my listing - very professional IMO. I have been recommended to several potential leads in the past several months, but due to a variety of circumstances have not seen any come to fruition. I will continue to keep my listing on this site. See More

They were there for us. Fairly new to SC area we didn't have any contractors to call upon to install a new gas fireplace. The contractors we hired thru Build Zoom were both professional and reasonable. They did a great job. Would use this service again if needed.

We had a court yard built in our front yard and are very happy with the job. People stop by and comment on the looks and love it. Some drive by and take pictures of it. We love it.

BuildZoom was very helpful. I had no idea how or where to find a contractor to build my pool house. They sent candidates of which all were very competent. Took the stress out of looking and researching contractors which I was very worried about.

Build zoom your scoring system is not right for contractors . You say u start every contractor at 90 with verified licenses but thats not true if you are trying... to help out homeowner with finding the right contractor you should make sure you do ur home work before listing scores .just another internet contractor lead service trying to make people think they are checking out the contractor beware homeowners......... How awful that there is no way to delete your account. Even a customer service agent couldn't assist, noting you have to email a separate address to do so. Additionally, their opt-in automatically will garner you phone calls, SMS messages and email (all at once) upon sign-up. Beware.
