---Ammon Bundy live from Solitary confinement--- call: CALL 775 482 8110....option 8 for directory of all police. Option 1 for Sheriff. ...after being handcuffed in a 3x3 foot shower for 13 hours, stripped naked and then thrown in the hole. All for refusing to let a guard take his shirt that was hanging off his bed which is against the rules to have anything hanging over the side. Had he let them take his only shirt he would not have been able to come to the morning meal. So he ended up being tortured, beaten, had both shoulders dislocated HE was forced to put them back in place on his own! He was isolated over night with bloody ankles from the shackles. America, This is not our beloved nation any longer. It's been hijacked by tyrants. We have to call and tell CCA of Pahrump Nevada that this is NOT OKAY! Meet a group of supporters there Friday morning of this week to have a talk with the Warden or Guards who allow this abuse to take place. We are hoping the sheriff and some attorneys will be joining us. --Kelli Stewart

Dear Family, Friends & Neighbors,

This letter is announcing the plan and direction Jewel and I have decided upon, in moving forward - starting today.

Today in Utah it is an official holiday, Pioneer Day, when we celebrate the amazing dedication, determination and accomplishments of a group of families who left their homes, jobs, relationships and other comforts - to find a place where they could live free, to rebuild a culture and community on values and principles that had been largely rejected or disregarded by the world around them. The core of this group loved America and its founding documents and principles and had tried repeatedly to build their families and community inside the United States and in reliance on the protections promised in its constitution. However, due to religious bias and bigotry, along with political bias and corruption, multiple States and the Federal Government refused to provide even the most basic protections, and ultimately this group of pioneers were unjustly persecuted and expelled and traveled to the unsettled Rocky Mountains. They left their old world behind and literally relied on hope and faith for a future they could not see. Many died, many more suffered extreme hardship and deprivations. The depth of their story is not widely known outside the Rocky Mountain West - but these pioneers laid a new foundation for future generations and quite literally saved their faith and transformed the history of the United States. The fruits of their faith and accomplishments have spread across the globe and still bless the lives of multiple generations of their posterity.

Today is also a very special day for Jewel and I and our family, in that we are celebrating the birthday of our youngest child, our daughter Annastasia. Her birth and the miracle of the first 30 days of her life is a story for some other time. But, I want to tell you about her name. When Jewel was still pregnant we had felt impressed and decided to name our new baby daughter "Anna Linda" after the New Testament prophetess, and in reference to both of our mothers. Shortly before she was born I was pondering the difficulties our family had been experiencing, particularly related to my long battle with the federal government. I found myself sitting alone in my car in a nondescript parking lot somewhere near Saratoga Springs, Utah. As I contemplated my family’s future I found myself thinking our baby daughter that was about to be born. As I thought about her and what her life might be like, the impression came to my mind that this daughter of God was valiant and strong and blessed with exceptional strength and conviction. I knew she had been well prepared for her new life. The idea came to my mind that we should adjust her name and call her Annastasia Linda. I looked up the name Annastasia and learned it meant "breaker of chains" and "resurrection." Annastasia Linda literally means "beautiful breaker of chains. " I called Jewel before I made it home to share my thoughts and experience. She immediately responded and agreed. Annastasia was born soon after, on July 24th, the day we celebrate her pioneer ancestors who were themselves breakers of chains and founders of a new beginning.

In honor of these pioneers and in celebration of our amazing young daughter who turns 8 years old today, Jewel and I announce the formal re-launch of our Free Capitalist Project. We are moving forward both in-spite of, and because I remain a prisoner of our government. The time is ripe for another group of pioneers, of families committed to standing up for freedom no matter the cost.

Most will remain oblivious or uninterested to what we are doing and why. But, we are confident in the hundreds and thousands who will see and who will join with us. If you have an interest in learning more about the Free Capitalist Project please get in touch with us. I recommended that you find and watch the 40 minute video we're just completing (or get a printed copy of that message) and also that you read the letter I wrote on July 4th. Jewel would be happy to send you a copy.

Within the next several days and weeks we'll be publishing and distributing several updates and additional announcements including our educational programs for adults, children and youth - and our new programs for liberty activism and the formation of a new law center and citizen's law college.

There is much to be done, and today we are moving forward. We wish you all a happy Pioneer Day, and invite each of you to contact us if you'd like to learn more or, to join with us.
