Targeting restrictions
When you choose a Special Ad Category, we apply additional targeting restrictions to your campaign. These restrictions are a preventative measure to protect people from discriminatory practices. Your targeting options don't become limited to only people interested in employment opportunities. Learn more about targeting restrictions for housing, employment and financial products and services ads.
If you determine that your ad is for employment, learn how to choose a Special Ad Category in Ads Manager. Note that choosing a Special Ad Category doesn’t impact how long it takes for us to review your ads.
