IMPORTANT! Button Classic is no longer playing tonight. The drummer has decided not to infect a bar of unsuspecting strangers.
Feel free to still go to the show. We just won’t be there.
Fuck you, flu. You stopped music from happening.
Button Classic returns to our home away from home, the world famous Red Hat in Concord, CA, next Friday, February 9th!
We'll be joined by a top notch bill of local musicians and good times are guaranteed....
Plus, we now have BUTTONS!! If you come to the show, you can have a BUTTON!
Be the envy of all your friends and the pride of your family with one of our custom-designed, 1.5" marketing ploys pinned to your lapel. Tack it on a hat. Stick it on your jacket. Pop it in the cork board next to your desk. Lose it in a drawer and find it three years later when you finally resolve to get a handle on that drawer everyone just keeps stuffing things into. Whatever you're doing; add a little volume with a classic Button Classic button.
(Buttons are free OBO.)
Hope you can join us! We play great songs well.

There's no better cure for that holiday hangover than the hair of the dog that bit you; so ease back into your post-December routine with one last big party.
Join us Saturday Jan 6th as we take the stage at Alameda's historic Fireside Lounge with our good friends The Backwater Ramblers and Jordy Verrill for an evening of live music, strong beverages, and good people.
Come early, stay late, and get ready to dance....
It's good for you.
Our friend recorded some of our recent Red Hat show. During our sludgy interpretation of The Black Keys's "I Got Mine", though she thought her phone had stopped recording, it kept picking up audio even while in her pocket. It winds up being a pretty impressive testament to the iPhone's microphone, as the sound quickly equalizes to accommodate our friend's pocket acoustics.
So, I used the existing 30 or so seconds of video and created some trippy nonsense to lay over the actual show audio. Enjoy!
9 out of 10 doctors agree that one's average life expectancy increases the more live music one experiences; and 9 out of those 9 doctors agree the 10th doctor just gets off on being contrary.
Come see Button Classic take the world famous Red Hat stage with our friends Unlucky Me, Not On This Day, and Richard Lagasse.
UPDATE: We're on second, so come early and plan to stay late....
$7 is a small price to pay for a longer, more fulfilled existence.
See you there.
