I got my first proof, it was horrible! The cover designers paid so little attention that they put my pseudonym on front, but my real name on back; that could have been prevented by a single 30-second quality check. Oh, and my interior was BUTCHERED by those idiots. The only thing I asked service reps was to make sure that my book content looked as much like my original Word draft as possible... and these guys did everything but that.
