Nice weather, beautiful produce, kind people everywhere. Favorite finds: romanesco cauliflower, fresh lemon ricotta ravioli, and a vegan tamale that was delectable beyond words. Definitely going back.

They tout 'locally grown', but there is a lot of warehouse resell produce being sold. On top of that everyone says they are organic and sustainable...ask the r...ight questions and reveal what a lie that is. Such a disappointment that the local sustainable and organic farms, farmers markets, and food scene is such a 'green washed' lie. عرض المزيد

The Carrboro Farmers' Market has been around for a very long time. The folks and farmers there are dedicated and hard working, striving to bring a good wholesome product to the community. Zack's Family Produce has been a member of the market over 20 years.

Reminds me of the 1940 thru the mid-60's. Great local foods. The peaches, berries and tomatoes taste better than candy. Very well run. Good parking lot attenda...nts. Stargazer Cider's Mighty Hunter, semi-dry and spritely acidic with elegant structure and vegetal notes, will be available at the Carrboro Farmers' Market this S...aturday, 9-noon. The orchard has a sparse beauty this week, and we've just begun our annual pruning. We thought you might enjoy a glimpse of Mighty Hunter's journey from orchard to glass. #drinklocal

Dawnbreaker Farms and farmer Ben Grimes will be at market tomorrow! Dawnbreaker specializes in pasture-raised meat and eggs that are GMO free. Ben and his family have been farming in northeastern Orange county since the fall of 2013, and he would be honored if you stopped by and said hello tomorrow!
