Carrigan Stone constructed this home in Mountain Brook in 2007. The house veneer is a brown sandstone rubble quarried in Alabama. Snapped brown sandstone treads, window sills and wall cap to match the house can be seen throughout the project. Attention to detail is visible at the stone archway at the entrance. Our masons took special care in hand-chiseling each stone to craft this beautiful home.
This beautiful Tuscan-style home in Mississippi was one of the first large-scale projects Carrigan Stone was a part of. The house consists of over 16,000 square feet of full-color Alabama rustic blue sandstone. Carrigan Stone installed over 4,000 feet of brick surrounds and arches as well as Mexican pre-cut cast stone balusters, columns and surrounds throughout the property. "One of my dreams had been to build a stone house some day; I'd thought about it for a long time," shared the homeowner upon completion. "Now, it's like a dream that came true, and we enjoy it everyday."
