Hi Sean Casten here. I am so honored to serve as your representative in Congress and as we wrap up 2019, I wanted to share a couple highlights. Across the district from Palatine, The Fox River Grove to Sleepy Hollow to Downers Grove. We've had 21 public free and open town halls. a ton more listening sessions meetings and events is opportunities are so important to me to ensure that I'm accountable and accessible to the folks I represent and with a ton more events planned, I hope everyone has a chance to come out and discuss the topics that matter most to you, your family and our community across From constituents that they care about taking action to address climate change, receiving accessible and affordable health care and ensuring that we support policies that grow our economy and build a 20 first century infrastructure and in DC, that's exactly what we're doing. One of the bills. I was really excited to introduce along with bipartisan support in the House and Senate is the Climate Risk Disclosure Act, which requires public companies to disclose exactly how exposed they are to the climate crisis. I also voted to protect. With preexisting medical conditions lower premiums and reduce prescription drug cost because I believe I think everyone believes we should have access to affordable health care. Finally, I'm proud to say that I introduced a bill to help constituents affected by the Trump tax plan, state and local tax deduction cap by getting rid of it. As of today, the House has passed over 270 - five bipartisan bills that mister McConnell has not allowed to come to a vote that would make a positive impact on issues across the district, including College affordability, health care preventing gun violence where we can hear the house to get built that make sense for the American people and it is long past time for the send it to do the same throughout my term I remain committed to working for families across the district and more importantly for future generations so thank you thank you for the opportunity to serve you thank you for the opportunity to serve our community and thank you for the opportunity to serve our country happy holidays and happy new year from my family to yours
