Exactly one year ago I finished my final day of being employed at a corporate job. I had NO idea what sort of magic, creativity and inspiration was waiting for me as a small business owner. And now, a year later, I am having a blast and learning SO much at Social Media Day San Diego 2017. I'm excited to put my new skills to work for my clients! #SMDAYSD
Good news from our sister project, Freedom On The Inside: Missoula's Jail Yoga Program!
We're excited to announce that we've been awarded a "PIF Grant" that allows us to expand services! FOTI will also be teaching two classes per week in the Missou...la County Juvenile Detention Center, starting in July! AND--we have created a voucher program that allows any formally incarcerated juvenile students to attend classes in the community FOR FREE!
Thank you to the Missoula County Youth Court and Probation for awarding us this grant, which is funded through the Montana Supreme Court's "Prevention and Intervention Funds--aka PIF". While we have the voucher program initially funded, we are currently accepting donations from any yoga studios that would like to donate free classes for formerly incarcerated youth! (If interested please email me at email@example.com or respond to this post.)

Honoring the life and impact of a remarkable woman today.

It's pretty excellent that Metallica helped out a Missoula band like this!
Coolest news I've heard all year, so stoked for Blistered Earth!
Here'a an excellent article demonstrating the powerful effects of marketing. Marketing a dangerous product--like cigarettes--can have a deathly impact for many generations.
I dig this article! We live in a fast-paced world that doesn't always prioritize emotional health. Many points in this article spoke to me, but this is what I'd like to put into practice this week: "When it’s time to say no, mentally strong people avoid phrases such as “I don’t think I can” or “I’m not certain.” They say no with confidence because they know that saying no to a new commitment honors their existing commitments and gives them the opportunity to successfully fulfill them."
