A 30 day repair turned into an almost 2 month repair. The facility is behind the times and did not accept my type of credit card for my deductible. After waiting and waiting for my vehicle to be read...y, I️ was called at 4pm and told I️ had to be there by 5 to pick it up. They did not have all of the equipment to complete my repair there and had to take it to the dealership a couple times. Also, my inspection expired while the car was there for 2 months, and even after all the work they did on it, they did not give me a new inspection sticker. I️ am driving my car home after 2 months with an out of date inspection. See More

I've dealt with a lot of body shops over the years having raised 3 kids and I can tell you that Cave Spring Auto Body was the best shop I've ever dealt with. They took care of me every step of the wa...y, from the initial quote through the finished product. They were friendly, professional and did what they said, when they said they would do it and completed my vehicle ahead of schedule. The entire staff was friendly and easy to deal with and Chadd Newman did the best work I've ever had! I highly recommend this shop! See More

Just had my 2004 Honda Civic repaired there! It took about 2 weeks to get my whole entire bumper put back on as long as repairing the fender! I got it back cleaned and vacuumed! Hunter called me every... Tuesday and Thursday with updates! It looks like nothing ever happened to it! I highly recommend them! They are very friendly and nice to work with! See More

Not that I'm accident prone but I've been to many auto body shops in the past. This place is by far the best in all categories in the Roanoke Valley. Reasonably priced with courteous professional, rel...iable and knowledgeable staff. If ever needed again I know who I can rely on. See More

NEVER take your vehicle to this place. It took them 8 days to get it back to me just to fix a quarter panel. They called me and said I had 30 mins to get it if I wanted it that day, to return the and be there before they closed. So I paid it turned on the rental car and went back to get mine and when I got in it the gas light was on the settings on the radio and air and everything else was not where I left it and I was also missing a stuffed animal that happened to jump from the top dash out the door in the paint shop. The receptionist had it. Also it has 637 more miles on it than it did when I dropped it off. They took a damn family trip in MY car and I lost 637 mikes and the manager guy said we don't lie or drive the cars yeah ok whatever I say!! If I had to give starts they would have gotten a negative 5 not the one star I had to give. See More

Speaking as a parent who's sons car has been in there for over a month to have a bumper replaced, I would not recommend this place. They keep saying its on order. And its not the bumper, only a littl...e bracket. I myself think he is getting the run a round. He has been driving a rental since. The other persons insurance will pay for it eventually, but until he is responsible. Then how long does he wait for reimbursement for that. Lets just say, as a mom, I am totally dissatisfied. Had my 2006 Lexus painted there horrible experience. The inside edge of the mirrors are not painted. Every time anything hits the paint it chips really easy. On the bumper I have little spots where th...e clear is like bubbling. Also the car scratches very very easy I have to use a new rag every time cause it scratches so easy. Also I picked the car up with a check engine light and a air bag light which didn't have before. See More

My Dodge Charger RT was involved in a hit and run incident, and I was absolutely heart broken. My car is like a second child to me, and I was completely and totally devastated. I took it to John at Spring and they made my baby better than new!!! You literally can't even tell there was ever any body work done, and I am more than pleased. If anyone is involved in an incident, definitely consider Cave Spring Auto Body for your repair. Thanks a million John, and everyone else that worked on my vehicle. See More

They helped me immediately when I couldn't get my license plates off my car and put my new ones on. I'll definitely use them again. Wonderful service.

Here is an interesting fact that we saw reading through an industry magazine the other day. Unfortunately, this is true but we make every attempt to meet our date that was set when the original estimate was written. However, when mistakes happen, we will be sure to give you plenty of notice to ensure that you don’t show up thinking your car is ready.

Deadlines May Be Missed
Many auto body shops take on more work than they can complete at a given time and when that happens deadlines are frequently missed causing vehicle owners to become angry and frustrated wondering why their car isn’t ready.

Would you like to know what sets Cave Spring Auto Body apart from other shops? It’s owners like Dean and Mitzi Martin that are willing to invest money into their company to make certain their technicians have the proper equipment to repair your vehicle. Below is a picture of a squeeze resistant spot welder, better known as simply a spot welder. These machines cost around thirty thousand dollars, but they allow the technicians to use the same type of welds used in the factory. Having this machine at our disposal not only assures a better repair for your car but it is also more efficient, which means less down time for you. Just one more reason that choosing Cave Spring Auto Body is the right decision.
