Walked up to the bar as a self-made pub crawl of about 20 people at 4:58, they open at 5:00. Had a very angry lady walk out and tell us they "don't accept Santa themed pub crawls". A few of us were we...aring Santa hats as we had a holiday themed pub crawl. We told them point blank we're not associated with the HUGE Santa Con pub crawl (100+ people) and she rolled her eyes and closed the door on us. We went across the street to a place who don't have angry bartenders and want our money instead! No thanks, never again Cha Cha Lounge! See More

You had me at spinning leather studded reclining chairs with coaster wheels... descending into this Moulin Rouge is a brilliant collaboration of familiar eccentric music, oddly comfortable furnishings... and eclectic artwork that has you admiring your surroundings and company.

If you're going to Seattle and wanna do the bar hop thing, do the Cha Cha last cause if you start there, you won't want to leave.

Special thanks to the Security guy we were talking to at the Lost Lake Lounge! We would have walked right past this Cha Cha place and never even known it was there if he had not pointed it out! Cheers!!

Cha cha is great except for the Asian female bouncer—she’s unfriendly, unnecessarily rude and ruined the entire vibe of Saturday night. If she hates people then maybe she needs a new job. Otherwise the vibe and the bartenders are great! See More

Cha cha was fun Halloween night. Drinks were on point, bartenders friendly, the crowd was diverse and fun. Everything was great except the ID checker bouncer wasn't that great or inviting last night. ...He told me I couldn't wear my Halloween mask in the bar! What's the point of wearing a Halloween costume if I can't wear the main component of my costume. Besides I had removed it so he could see my face. He wouldn't let me put it back on. Then when I left the place I said goodbye and complimented his tattoo's. In reply he gave me a dirty look and looked the other way. Have some basic customer service skills if u wanting patrons to come back especially when one has spent a good amount of money there. See More

Come for the memories, stay for the blackouts. If you're lucky, Gabe Morgan might show up. If not, he's on t-shirts in the vending machine sometimes.

The atmosphere was good but the bartender with dreads charged me more for the same exact drinks than one of the other bartenders did. So either I was got for that extra money or I got a hook up on my ...second round. I'll just give them the benefit of the doubt. See More

I was assaulted here by the bouncer on New Year's Eve. I arrived at 9:30, had my ID checked at the door, and went downstairs and drank a single vodka and orange juice that I finished by 10. At 11:40, boyfriend and I came upstairs, he went outside to smoke and I started heading to the bathroom. The bouncer asked for my ID, and I told him that I already had my ID checked and that I had been downstairs. He told me it didn't matter, and he needed to check it again anyways. I took out my ID and showed it to him, and turned towards the bathroom. He didn't say anything to me, but grabbed me by both hands and threw me out the door. The next thing I knew I was flat on the ground, still holding my ID. He immediately said, "You fell, I didn't push you." My boyfriend came over and explained that we were already downstairs, but the bouncer told me I wasn't allowed back in because I had an "attitude." I exchanged less than two sentences with him, I was polite, and did exactly as he asked. The bouncer easily weighed twice as much as I do. Two days later I returned in the afternoon with my mom and boyfriend at a time they said the manager would be in. They told me the manager was away, and I talked to a man and a woman. The woman's name was June. The two people did not want to hear what I had to say, they told me that I probably wasn't at the bar at all, that I was drunk, that no bouncer by the description I gave them worked there, and that I was lying. They completely did not care, and were extremely rude. Months later, I am still suffering from the trauma. My neck and back hurt everyday now, and I'm traumatized from the assault. See More

My wife introduced me to Cha Cha during our dating phase and I instantly loved the venue! You can never go wrong with good food, drinks and staff in Seattle city limits. #hiddengem

great little bar on Cap Hill. A red-light rock ambiance mingled with good 90's rock music and memorabilia all over the walls. Nice :-)

Flying the flag upside down on veterans day is very disrespectful to our veterans alive and dead! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

We were treated terribly at this establishment. I would give it a zero if that was an option.I'm still too angry to properly write my review. Will do so soon.
