I certified to foster/adopt thru Children's Bureau in 2012. 2 months later I met my daughter at 2 days old. Children's Bureau helped to prepare me for my foster/adoption journey. Everyone was kind a...nd helpful and also prepared me for some of the more challenging aspects of foster care. I made friends with other parents and my social worker Nadia who was phenomenal. My matching specialist Eufe was also amazing and we remain friends 4 years later. The experience was life changing for me and I would do it all again. My daughter is healthy and happy and I've experience the most amazing Love ever. Thank you Children's Bureau. See More
