Our annual FLL Qualifier went great this year! With new sponsors and 24 teams, it was a huge success.
BEST's 2016 season is officially over, and we did extremely well throughout it! Here are a few highlights:
- We built a CircuitBarn as our booth, which looked amazing!
- Our mentor Mr. Ramana Divakaruni won the well-deserved Glen Allen Award at Georgia BEST for his amazing support of our team!!
- We won the Roy Al George Electronics Award for the second year in a row, named for our late mentor who contributed so much to Georgia BEST
- We also won the Second Place BEST Award, ...qualifying us to move on to Auburn for the third time in four years!!!
- Last weekend, we competed in the South's BEST Regional. We put forth our "BEST" effort, and our marketing presentation team placed 13/58. We are so proud of them!
- We recently had our lessons learned session/ season's end party where we realized how much the team has grown together to become a family.
The friendships built and the skills developed are amazing, and those will stay with us forever. It was a wonderful experience and a successful season. We are looking forward to next year's game!

South's BEST regional is going well! We are three matches in, and ranked 28th. We have been consistently scoring more in matches today than we did at Georgia BEST. CircuitRunners had a blast hanging out with Boy Scout Troop 200 and Cub Scout Pack 571 while showcasing our robots!
One of our favorite outreach events was this weekend! We brought our t-shirt cannon, retired FRC robot, and two VEX robots for families to learn about and drive around.
