Our first Community Sweat will be happening on May 28 starting at 12pm at Sculpt Barre South (6103 Currents Dr NW). Registrants will check in starting at 11:30 where they will pick up their items and get started for the day.
The schedule will be as follows:
Sculpt Barre South - 12pm...
Spinunity Windermere - 1pm
Navina Yoga - 2pm
Browns Social House - 3pm
We will be doing a 30-45 min workout at each location before moving on to the rest. Refreshments and snacks will be provided at each locations.
After the workouts, join us at Brown's Social House in Windermere where we can chat business and have a beer and some snacks (your first beverage and some light snacks are on compliments of the fine folks at Brown's Social House).
Only 15 registrants are accepted so register quickly.
Registration is free with your membership. If you would like to bring a friend or if you are not a member, the cost is $30.
