The symptoms of altitude illness are similar to those of a hangover: headache, feeling tired, lack of appetite, nausea and vomiting. Drink plenty of water and take it easy on heavy exercising. When your itinerary may not allow gradual ascent, talk to your doctor about prescribing a medicine to prevent altitude illness.

Attend a kick-off open house meeting for the City's Comprehensive Plan on Tuesday, March 27 at Central on Main (220 N. Main Street) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

A brief presentation about the Plan and a keynote address about Broken Arrow’s economy and market conditions is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.


All Broken Arrow residents, businesses, and other interested persons are invited to participate in this important meeting regarding the future of the City.

Attendees may come and go anytime during the Open House hours of 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on March 27.
