Been eating here almost every other week. Food's great, no problem about it. Yesterday at SM North EDSA Annex, we were told that house water was not available, only bottled water.I ordered two, was ab...le to consume 1.Bill time, was very surprised to find out that it's 50 pesos each, where it's only 20 pesos just a few feet outside.

Was very dissapointed for such an obvious overprice. This is way to expensive for the same bottled water being sold at the mall.

The manager didn't even offer any explanation nor any consolation. I guess this is it. So much for loyalty and patronage. Will never eat here again.

Congratulations on your newest location at the SM Mall in Puerto Princesa. I had the opportunity to visit that location and I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent team that served me. We regularl...y eat at Classic Savory locations, both here in Puerto Princesa and during our travels throughout the country. The food has always been delicious and properly prepared.

I want to commend the team at the new location in Puerto Princesa for their special consideration in properly packaging my takeout order. On that day my wife was not feeling well and she asked if I could bring home some hot soup. Of course, I knew where to find the best soup. The staff took my order and made me comfortable while I waited. In less than 15 minutes they fulfilled my order. Upon arriving at home I then discovered the great care that was given to my order. The staff placed cellophane tape completely around the cover of the soup container, placed it into an appropriate sized plastic bag and then put that into another bag with carrying handles. Why is this important? I have ordered takeout soup from other restaurants and when I arrived at home the soup had leaked from the container; that makes the serving process very messy. This was not the case with my takeout from Classic Savory. My wife was so happy to see that her entire container of soup was intact and I was pleased to serve it to her.

Thank you very much for your delicious selection of foods, your skillful packaging of takeout orders and excellent staff.

We shall remain regular customers of your fine restaurants.

this rating is for your nuvali branch. we ordered in advance on dec 27, around 7.45pm and got seated inside your restaurant at around 8.10. By 9pm, we followed up our order and all your manager can sa...y is that the order was punched but got lost along the way. And guess what, we were seated near the order processing area and nobody bothered to check on us. Crew was rude in handling our complaint. See More

We just had lunch at your restaurant today. Aside from our usual orders of chicken and mikibihon noodles and shanghai rolls we tried some other dishes that looked new to us. Well it did not disappoint... and we loved it all specially the sweet and chili squid and the honey spareribs. Keep the good food coming! See More

Worst dining service ever. Classic Savory Robinsons Place Las Pinas, Oct 15, 2017, lunch time. 30 To 45 minutes have​ past, the waiter asked us, "Sir may order na po kayo", and told him, "yes and we'v...e been waiting for almost an hour" . Took an hour before our food was served. Waited for another 30 minutes for the takeout. See More

This is for SM City Manila branch, since I can't find the page. The customer service is poor. The lady who took the order looks annoyed. I can see it on her face and the way she talked to us. Well the... other dinning staff are nice though. I used to eat at the LandMark branch in Makati and the service is fast and way better than this one. See More

Would like to spend more money here, but the staff refuse to allow swapping the soup on the meals so we always end up buying a cheaper one (jazz mall makati)

Bad experience at Savory Timog. It appeared that the fried chicken was microwaved because it was cold on the inside and the flesh was tough. We will be in no hurry to dine again there.

Just last night, we ate in Classic Savory Ayala Mall Solenad for my Mom's birthday. Had a very bad experience on hospitality. I don't usually do bad survey but our experience really pushed me to do

I politely asked the person at the door if they can still accomodate since it is already 8:30pm and I was glad she said yes. We placed our order and happily ate. I just noticed that the guy who was cleaning the tables almost broke the plates because of how he did his job. It felt we were in a carinderia. All I can hear were the plates that he was organizing. I did not bother at first but it got repeated over and over again. It was almost closing time. We felt that he was doing it as a sign for us to leave - dabog dito, dabog doon. Take note, the manager was there but she did not do anything. I just commented 'louder' and that's the only time he apologized for the noise. Still, the manager did not do anything.

I know they are tired, but treating customers like this is a big no. I would like to request your HR head to please send me a note so we can talk HR to HR. I have been in the customer service field for more than 10 years and I know that what we've experienced last night just merits the appropriate corrective action.

Order beef wanton mami and beef mami.. beef mami taste good like real beef.. 20mins past and beef wanton mami was not yet served and upon follow up heard the "hindi ko narinig ung beef wanton mami" af...ter few minutes beef wanton mami arrived. Asked the crew if the broth for the two mami is different and answered me "sorry sir di ko po alam bago lang ako" whaaaat!?.

In the end matabang pa din and i gave up.. will never ever return to this branch and not recommended for those who have sharp tastebuds like me

This is the perfect restaurant for you if you like overpriced homemade foods, and if waiting for around 20 minutes is your thing.

This rating is for the SM San Mateo branch. We had ourselves listed in the waiting list. A table for 6 was freed up and to my surprise, they accomodated the 3rd on the list instead of us, we were 2nd.... Instead of correcting the situation, they told me that we will occupy table 19, where the food just got served. What the heck? See More
