Don't Rush the Brush!
Oral health is the gateway to total health. It's foolish to neglect your pearly whites. Evidence has linked inadequate dental care with poor health conditions like heart disease & diabetes. Brush for a full 2 minutes 2x a day and floss at least once AND don't forget to see your dentist and hygienist every six months for cleanings and check-ups.
