We have 4 trainers certified in TRX which can be combined and interjected into your training package and routine. We recommend 1-2 training sessions per month ongoing for best results which can be purchased for as little as $49 per month easy pay.
We're bringing in a PRO lifter next Saturday for our staff team of FitPros and we have some extra room so we're opening the seminar up to members! While at the superbowl party it's ok to let your hair down a little and allow yourself to snack but be VERY mindful not to overeat, small bites, small plates, protein & low sugar
Drink and extra glass of water before bed
Don't call in sick to work tomorrow, lacks integrity and will actually slow you down for the day & make you feel worse.
