January 1st kicked off the APHA’s 1 Billion Step Challenge, and the UNMC COPH Wellness Council has created a team for the UNMC public health community. We invite YOU (your family, friends, colleagues from other colleges/departments/etc.) to join us as we compete with hundreds of other teams across the country in earning the most steps toward an APHA overall goal of 1-billion steps. Last year’s COPH team included 16 members and achieved over 2.9 MILLION steps! Let’s beat those numbers!
