I normally don't write reviews, but what Dr Kang has done for my wife(and I), I had to, and if I could give more stars I would, as we were referred to Dr Kang from my wife's neurosurgeon as she was di...agnosed with a rare/incurable brain disease (Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) - Pseudotumor cerebri) about 6-7 years ago, and after she has had multiple brain surgeries(VP shunt surgery & revisions, ICP Bolts, 49(or more I lost count) spinal taps, blood patches, as well as other procedures, we have went to over 20 neurologists and other specialty doctors, who some came highly recommended, but would tell us " to be honest, I don't know why you are here, there's nothing that can be done." Then we made an appointment with Dr. Kang, and he has done sooo much for my wife. He has given her some of her life back, as she was basically bed ridden, and on top of that, in pain!! He is down to earth, extremely intelligent, and is proactive by always looking into new treatments, procedures, etc. I really can't thank him enough for all he has done, and continues to do for her!!!! I had also utilized his expertise as I am very active, and I had what I thought was a bicep tear, and even though I had an MRI that came up negative, he mentioned doing a ultra sound while I was doing the specific motions that hurt my arm, as he found that and MRI only shows the specific area at the time of the picture, and only in that specific position, where as the ultra sound can show more since I am moving the area in different directions while he is probing the area. I highly recommend Dr. Kang and Metropolitan Pain Consultants and can't thank them enough for all he has done, and continues to do for my wife as we lost hope until we met Dr Kang!!! See More

Dr. Kang is a wonderful physician. He's bright, friendly, very approachable, and extremely knowledgeable about non opioid methods of pain management. I love that I have seen him several times and we h...ave NEVER had to talk about opiate painkillers. He uses state of the art treatments with care and precision, and it's truly made a difference for good in my life. I was doubled over with back spasms this weekend that required a trip to Urgent Care. This morning I saw Dr. Kang, and with light sedation and a painless spinal injection, I feel good as new. What a blessing to have such relief and such good medical care. Full disclosure - this is NOT a commercial -- I am not getting compensated for saying this! It's just my truth. V. Eczema/Atopic Dermatitis is a distressingly recurrent itchy condition of the skin. AD generally begins early in life and it can come and go, with the affected regions of the body varying with age. Infants and children are most often affected, with 85% of cases appearing in the first year of life. Uncommonly, the condition may persist into, or even arise in, adulthood. Impaired skin barrier function results in increased water loss and susceptibility to bacterial and viral infections. Intense itching disrupts quality of life and further disrupts the skin barrier.
Babies with Atopic Dermatitis should seek care by a Board-certified Pediatric Dermatology to treat and prevent acute flares.
