Keep organised is difficult but important. For each thing you have to do add a post-it to the wall. For each that you complete, remove it. The goal is to get things done and not cover the wall completely. Each post-it has a keyword and a brief description of the task. This allows to have a quick overview of what you are doing and measure your progress.
