Wow! I'm glad my friends and I came right when the lights came on! This place was packed when we left and it should be! Food was superb! Service was better than... excellent thanks to Crystal, you really made a difference

Cuchillo Restaurant will be closed Sunday June 5th for a private function. We apologize to our valued customers for any inconvenience. We will re-open Monday June 6th at 5pm.
Thanks @wherevancouver for awarding us Best Latin for the 2nd year running! The event @glowbal_group was flawless!
In honor of Sir Paul's concert tonight, we present the following feature: Walrus & Egg, man. Nah, that's not a real thing - we'll be serving our regular menu which includes some amazing cauliflower tacos, in case Paul wants to bring his knighted vegetarian butt down to Railtown for a pre-show bite.
On a weekend like this, it seems like a good time to mention our Con Air. And if I understand what that means, Nicolas Cage will be here to fan you with a palm leaf. Or...I have this backwards, in which case we have air con, which is also cool and dreamy, but there will be probably no Nicolas Cage. Either way, it's pretty good here.
Stu's first culinary themed tattoo has him serving up the much beloved knuckle sandwich. Meanwhile back at Cuchillo, the regular menu applies.
Where Gastown meets Railtown, Cuchillo serves up Modern Pan-Latin tapas with unique and classic cocktail creations in the sexiest room in town(s).
