Following feedback on AUSkey access issues, the Commonwealth Dept. of Health is promoting VANguard Federated Authentication Service (FAS).
This is an alternative secure way to access the portals that can be used by both government and non-government organisations.
This may be of help to those organisations struggling with incompatibility issues between their internal IT systems and AUSkey.
