Cummins South Pacific in the last 15 years has gone from being the best in the business when comes to customer service to the worst. Yesterday they announce the closure of the orange branch and then s...tart ringing clients to tell them of the news, one of the first things he says is that " in moving forward " news flash you whoppo CSP in the minds of a lot of consumers is going backwards real fast. As a business owner I fully understand that it comes down to dollars and cents at the end of the day having said this management in any business is a pretty big issue and has been a problem for quite some time at the orange branch not that anyone higher up the food chain has given a rats. I feel for the employee's in orange who have been banging there heads against the wall regarding management and now have to uplift there lives, family's and move or find jobs elsewhere. I am sure of one thing and that is the people who made this decision will have there jobs at the end of next week and will forget about orange in no time at all. So CSP get ya shit together and go back to providing the service to your consumers that they all deserve and your business might "MOVE FORWARD" it won't happen by neglecting the thousands of trucks that move through orange and surrounding areas every day with livestock, refrigerated consumables and other express freight which all in the past have been regarded as high priority by your business. I would like to thank Shane and HIS team for the service they have provided and wish them all the very best in the future.
