Mads Clausen founded Danfoss in 1933. This is his actual world map, which can still be found in his office. Take a closer look at how Danfoss has grown from a one-man business into a global leader. A clear focus on innovative engineering through the years has led to more than 26,600 employees, 72 factories in 20 countries, and sales offices in more than 100 countries. Mads Clausen's office will be part of the new Danfoss Museum, that opens in March.

Meet Sleipnir. When built in 2019, this giant will set the course towards the Mediterranean and North Sea. Here transport and installation projects demand this unique vessel to help perform extreme tasks such as lifting more than 15,000 MT.

Danfoss will be part of the crane vessel Sleipnir which is now being built in Singapore. Once constructed in 2019 the 220 meters long and 102 meters wide crane ship will be the biggest of its kind in the world.
