I'm David Carlin a father who was accused of domestic violence. My wife planned this tactic with the aid of three law firms and a federally funded support group. This tactic was used to deadbolt me from my children and assets. She used a sheild as a weapon. I decided to correct the problem and started to research the issues. With the aid of many groups we have assembled the public Mosquito Report to help spread the word to the public and legislators about the criminal wrong doings of officers of the court abusing the public in a systemic manner. Systemic abuse of the public has become routine in the family court industry and up to 50% of marriages will fall prey. Officers of the court routinely commit fraud upon the court to increase the needs for their services. Fraudulent tactics used to abuse child and families are never report as professional misconduct or judicial misconduct. The divorce industry isolates target parents to expand the needs for their services.

I exposed this professional misconduct here in Maryland only to be retaliated against by our judicial system. This judicial retaliation is a US Code title 18 violation. In addition my civil rights have been repeatedly violated and denied to meet the needs of the business of the corrupt officers of the courts. This is the pattern the judicial system uses to suppress the public. Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation (SLAPP) is how the courts add expense and diminish your ability to seek justice.

Our judicial system simply will not enforce professional misconduct rules. The neglect of this responsibility by members of our judicial branch is wide spread across the United States and extends into our legislative branch. We need public oversight of the judicial branch of our Government in order to protect the interest of the public. Members of the judicial branch are a special interest group promoting the interests of the courts over the interests of the public. Remember the courts are a business and seek to profit from your conflict! Remove practicing lawyers from all legislative bodies to protect the public interest.Expose how judicial member legislators' spouses in many cases are judicial members or lobbyist for special interest. Protect your liberty and freedom from "systemic abuse of the public" a high crime against humanity.
