We want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the best bass player a band could ask for! He's one of our favorite people, and definitely our favorite "Birthday Bitch." If you haven't already today, send him some love and maybe some balloons and/or chicken patties and/or taco bell and/or cute dog pictures. We love you, Mikey!
Say hello to our new guitar player, Dylan Wolters! Dylan has been a good friend for years, and we're excited to finally put our creative minds together with him as we embark on this next album. As you can see in this picture, Deadhorse will be all Sovtek from both sides of the stage (something we're really excited about), and on some of these new songs, you're going to hear both of us playing our new baritones, giving Deadhorse an element we've never had before, and something we really think you're going to like. We hope you make Dylan feel at home with us, and we really think you're going to enjoy his company as much as we enjoy his. Now that we seem to have all the pieces of the puzzle back together, it's time for us to go to work!
We'd proudly like to welcome back Michael Messenger to our little family. If you ever saw us live in late 2010-through 2011, you had the pleasure of meeting this guy. He's our comedian, and helps hold us all together and keep us sane on the road. Also, he is rarely fully clothed. While not on tour, you'll find this guy scarfing down chicken patties in his mom's basement, trying to think of his next witty facebook status. We've missed him, and we're honored to have him back!
We'd like to introduce our new friend Bryce Job to the Deadhorse family. Bryce will be our new drummer, and we couldn't be more excited about this. With a strong jazz background, his understanding and utilization of dynamic, control, and atmosphere will be a welcomed addition in the writing process of our new album. He's endorsed by Savior Custom Drums, Silverfox Drumsticks, Saluda Cymbals, Adam Argullin Mallets, De La Cruz Drumkeys, Kickport, and Cympad! Expect great things from this man, we're honored to be taking things to the next level with such an outstanding musician!
Well, ladies and gentlemen....we're back. We'd like to welcome old and new members into the Deadhorse family. Michael Messenger, our bass player from Delaware is back! We have added two new talented friends that we couldn't be more excited about, Dylan Wolters from New York, and Bryce Job from South Dakota. We'll be writing and recording a new album this winter/spring, and then we'll be hitting the road again with all new music. Thank you for sticking with us through everything. Help us spread the word by spreading this little announcement around. We love you all!
You aren't going to believe this - WE FOUND SOME OLD MERCH! Back from the dead, we've relisted literally all that was left - which isn't much! A bunch of shirts, even a hoodie and tank top! We also put our 2 newest shirts ON SALE! So right now you can snag any of these old gems for only $8, as well as the 2 newer designs for only $8! www.deadhorse.storenvy.com - if you're interested, I suggesting grabbing something quick, before it's gone!
I've decided I'm going to part with one of my amps....FOR SALE: Sunn Coliseum Lead amp. This is from the early 70's. 300w output, 4 input channels, spring reverb tank. 2 inputs per channel, each channel has full eq (low bass, high bass, mid, treble, with norm/bright switches as well). The box has been completely rebuilt as you can see in the picture below, everything cleaned up inside, leather side handles, also has the 2 knobs that are missing in this picture. This thing runs like a monster. Serious buyers message me or email brianmorgante@gmail.com and we can talk. Local pickup in North Carolina until the end of June, after that I'll be back in Erie, and local pickup works up there as well (still willing to ship too) - would love to get rid of it before that though. Want this to go to a good home!
Just to let everyone know - if you ordered one of those few remaining cds, or if you had pre-ordered a shirt, everything was shipped out last week, so you should all be getting your orders soon! We still have our new shirts available, as well as in a killer bundle deal with our vinyl, so go check it out and grab one before they're gone forever!
We were going through some things, and happened to come across 6 remaining copies of the handmade "We Can Create Our Own World" cds! These are the only ones we have left, and it's going to be some time before we ever hand make these again, so if you want one of the last ones, go grab one in our online store! www.deadhorse.storenvy.com - only $8!

***ALSO*** Our brand new shirts came in today, so to everyone that ordered - thank you! They will be shipped out tomorrow!

With some big updates and good things happening soon in the deadhorse camp you might need some help sorting through all the Facebook malarkey. This is a neat article on how to keep yourself in the loop. Keep your ear to the ground.

Pandora said our album wasn't good enough to be a part of the streaming service. Sorry guys. I guess we can't be a part of the music genome project

Well, this is a pretty crazy thing I"m doing right now. I currently have 65 designs that are up for grabs on my storenvy page....I want them gone. So much so, EVERYTHING IS 50 PERCENT OFF. There are designs as cheap as $10, and nothing o...ver $25 with these pre-made ones. You won't find a deal like this anywhere else, and if you're in the market for some new merch, this is an easy way to stock up on a ton of designs. Use the code BRIANISSTUPID and you'll get half off - or just message me and let me know which ones you want. Check them all out here - www.fleshandbone.storenvy.com Meer weergeven
